Monica started practicing Iyengar yoga in 2011. The precision and alignment required in Iyengar pratice prompted her to commence her Pilates journey in 2014, and later on take up Pilates instructor training.

Through continuous learning and practice, Monica’s experience gradually deepened.  She began to develop a greater body awareness and mindfulness as well as gaining insight on her potential and limitations.  She hopes that through Pilates, everyone can also achieve greater body awareness to do any movement or exercise more effectively and efficiently, and to improve his/her well-being.

Monica is from the Philippines. She speaks English and Chinese.
