YOGA
Anyone can start a yoga practice; it is NOT just for the fantastically fit and flexible, or the young slender bodies. In fact, if you cannot touch your toes, or perhaps cannot even see them, you are a perfect candidate. Strength, flexibility and body toning are the results that will develop over time with yoga practice. Yoga also slows down the aging process by giving elasticity to the spine, firming the skin, easing aches and pains, and keeping you happy and agile.
The Orange Room yoga classes emphasize proper alignment, breathing, personal attention and growth. If the complexity of some pretzel poses look daunting to you, do know that you can bring steadiness, balance, lightness and health in the body from doing even the most basic and simple poses.
